U.S. release scheduled for mid-April

The inconsistent information spread by Amazon.com, Barnes & Nobles and Springer Online led to some confusion regarding the timing of the book's U.S. release. I have now been informed that it will take place around mid-April.

Herman Engesser of Springer-Verlag, the company publishing Web Component Development with Zope 3, just informed me that the book's delay on the North American continent is due to the time spent for shipping and U.S. customs. The book is expected to hit the American market four to six weeks after the European one, which means around mid-April. Even though it's quite a delay, this is still good news because it ends the confusion and uncertainty regarding the release date.

If you want to get them while they're hot, I recommend preordering online or through your local book store now.
